I live in North Carolina and am visiting family this week. I made a critical mistake in going to a big box retailer to change my oil last week. Immediately there was oil leaking like a sieve. I went back to that garage and told "rear main seal", big problem, go see an expert. I remember John did an excellent job 3 years ago on a standard oil change. Today John quickly corrected the real problem--proper oil change and oil filter install. Thank you John for immediately fixing the problem and saving me $800 on a major repair.
