I didn't even pay a physical visit to ABC's facility but John, the owner, gave me the exceptional service of good-hearted advice to minimize my expenditure by starting in the proper order of my vehicle's problem. I called under the impression I needed a starter and potentially a battery. My impression would have been a more fruitful reward to the business of ABC if reciprocated with labor and two parts, but John advised that I begin with the battery on my own if I could. John's advice saved me a trip and a higher tab. Now I'll be sure to pay a visit when I actually need to!

I was visiting the Mayport area from out of town and found a screw in one tire causing a slow leak. I tried the big tire places and they wouldn't give me the time of day but then I saw ABC Transmission and Auto Repair, pulled in to their business and was immediately taken care of. They were polite, respectful, and quick on the repair. I visit this area several times a year and will bring my business to them when I have a problem. I highly recommend others do the same.

Great service! Was really fast, in and back on my way in no time! Highly recommended! Not like these chains now days who are trying to just sale you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.

I live in North Carolina and am visiting family this week. I made a critical mistake in going to a big box retailer to change my oil last week. Immediately there was oil leaking like a sieve. I went back to that garage and told "rear main seal", big problem, go see an expert. I remember John did an excellent job 3 years ago on a standard oil change. Today John quickly corrected the real problem--proper oil change and oil filter install. Thank you John for immediately fixing the problem and saving me $800 on a major repair. John took the job immediately and was a pleasure to work with. Outstanding job.
