I genuinely trust this place and know they'll take care of me and my car. Whenever I need something checked out, John will go for a ride with me, and he ALWAYS knows what the problem is without even doing anything. Of course, he still checks it out to make sure and everytime, he was correct. He thoroughly explains to me what the issue is, and I try to remember and keep the knowledge in my head.
